Can we try the classes first?Of course! We always offer a free trial session for every class - if your child is between age groups they are welcome to try multiple classes and decide which they would be most comfortable in
What are your fees? The term fees for our 60 minute class is £95 and for our 90 minute class is £110
What is the uniform?T.T.W members need to wear a T.T.W t-shirt {hoodies are also available}, black leggings / jazz pants and black plimsols / jazz shoes. If your child attends one of our After School Clubs then their school uniform is fine but a change of shoes is recommended.
What do your classes involve? It's a tricky question to answer as our terms are so varied but our 'normal' classes start with a physical & vocal warmup; cover dramatic techniques & confidence building games. We then go 'Through The Wardrobe' with our Tots & Junior classes to different scenarios & locations. This part of the class encourages imagination and the class is then put into small groups and set to work creating their own scenes which are watched and critiqued. We finish with improvisations and games and our popular 'Home Song.' If we are working on a production then our classes are more rehearsal based and our Teens classes have a more mature focus.
How are your classes grouped? Our classes are grouped by age however this is flexible. For example, if a member prefers to stay in a younger group for an additional term to grow their confidence then we will try to accommodate this; equally if we feel that a member would benefit from being in an older group we will discuss this with their parents.
Do you have a professional agency?TTW members can choose to be represented by the Ann Koska Agency at Pinewood Studios. This gives members the chance to work in professional TV, Film & Theatre and is an additional opportunity for our members - take a look at our professional credits page to see what they've been up to.

Where are you based? Our venue is based at St Josephs Church in Chalfont St Peter
My child is very shy will your classes be suitable?Absolutely! We have taught many children over the years who struggle with confidence or find it difficult to engage socially with other children. Our classes are inclusive and ensure that everyone has the chance to feel part of a group. We always work with the parents & the needs of the child to ensure no-one is asked to do something that they don't feel comfortable with. We find that over time even the shyest child comes bounding in the door ready for class and is performing on stage with the others.
Do you have to audition? You don't have to audition for any of our classes - we believe that there is a place for everyone at T.T.W. When we are rehearsing for a full scale production we will audition in order to assign suitable parts for everyone. We are often asked to perform at professional theatres where we can only take a limited cast size, in this case we audition to find the most suitable cast for the specific event.
Do you offer separate LAMDA exam classes? The coaching we provide for LAMDA Exams is a five week intensive one-on-one session with the candidate. We only offer LAMDA exams to T.T.W members who come to our classes.
How many performances do you do?We perform two / three times a year in different venues. This could be a full school show or an outside performance with a limited cast size. This varies depending on what we are asked to take part in and therefore is hard to answer completely - check out our performance page for our most recent performances.
