1. Through The Wardrobe {T.T.W} is a Children's Theatre Company run by Nicki Ferdenzi / Ella Ferdenzi
2. T.T.W shall have exclusive discretion as to the type and style of quality of teaching provided to the students
3. The medical consent as part of the registration form shall apply to these terms and conditions and in the event children with any form of contagious illness arrive for a T.T.W lesson or performance they will not be admitted
4. T.T.W regret that refunds will not be made for absence
5. Membership fees are payable on enrolment and renewable in advance per child each term
6. T.T.W intend to operate on the basis of three terms per annum and if a child wishes to leave the company a minimum of four weeks' clear written notice must be given or a full terms fee will incur
7. The parents or guardians of children are entirely responsible for delivery and collection of children to and from classes and other T.T.W events. Advanced warning must be given to any changes in collection arrangements.
8. T.T.W must be advised in writing immediately if there are changed in the child's personal details, emergency contact number and similar important information.
9. T.T.W regret that late payment will result in the child not being able to attend class.
10. T.T.W and all representatives shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to person or property during the course of professional coaching or other class activities.
